Café Selmarie is thrilled to be collaborating on our next special event with hometown artists and masters of botanic beer, Forbidden Root Brewery! The first taste of their citrus spin on a witbier, Money on My Rind, was an instant inspiration for our Chef Ricky – and the idea for the event was born. This is bound to be a beer pairing event like none other! The event will begin at 6:30 with a welcome beer, followed by a 4 course pairing menu by Café Selmarie Chef Ricky Sakoda, with dessert by Pastry Chef Trisha O’Donoghue.
